Event Pre-Registration: Introduction

Welcome to the VC Pre-Registration Page! Similar to the VC Exchange, the VC Pre-Reg system allows you to pre-purchase events one month in advance. There are many benefits for both the event attender as well as VC when it comes to pre-registration.

1.) Pre-registration allows us to account for a more accurate number of people each event so we can ensure that enough food is purchased for the feast.

2.) Everyone who pre-registers get's ONE free "VC Goody Bag" for the event. A "VC Goody Bag" is a small bag of random IG items and effects that a player's character can benefit from. These items and effects can range from gold to alchemy to temporary stat increases or magical boons to permanent stat increases or magical items. It's always random!

3.) Standard Event pre-registration will yield a $5.00 USD discount to your total event cost. (Note, this does not count towards those who have made block purchases or entered into monthly contractual agreements).

4.) Those who pre-register will allow us to compile NPC shifts more easily. By doing this, those players are guaranteed optimal NPC shift placement. Optimal NPC shift placement means that the player will have an NPC shift that is least likely to conflict with any sort of storylines or modules in which that player would likely want their character to be a part of.

***** IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE PRE-REGISTRATION SYSTEM - MUST READ! *****

Event Pre-registration specifically means the pre-purchasing of an event up to one month in advance.  You CANNOT use this system to pre-register without actually using the Paypal link that is displayed after checkout.  Once you click on the Paypal link, you can either pay with a Credit or Debit card directly or log into a pre-existing Paypal account to pay for your order.  Either way, if we do not have receipt of payment from Paypal, your Pre-registration is considered invalid and you will NOT be considered pre-registered for the event.  Unfortunately, we also cannot allow potential attendees to qualify for the benefits of pre-registration if they cannot or do not intend to pay until they actually show up to a given event.  We do accept other valid forms of payment though, including KOQQ Kash ™, for pre-registrations.  In order to pre-register using an alternate payment method, please Contact Us to inquire.

Please note that, regardless of payment method, we must receive pre-registration payments no later than 12:00 PM on the Monday of the week that an Event weekend falls on in order for the pre-registration to be considered valid.  If a pre-registration payment is received after this time, that pre-registration will be counted towards the following month's event.

Those who have made a block purchase of events are automatically considered pre-registered for the next consecutive number of events equal to the number of events the block purchase was for.  Those who are under contractual agreement are considered automatically pre-registered for each month in which the membership fee is paid.

Event Participation is TAX FREE.  This means that you will never be charged tax to attend an event.

When purchasing a Pre-Registration item below, it is important that when you finally "order" the item that you CLICK ON THE PayPal ICON WHEN THE ORDER IS COMPLETE!

Once done, you will be taken to PayPal where you can pay for the Pre-Registration with a Credit or Debit card, or a PayPal account if you have one.  Failure to do this will result in an INCOMPLETE Pre-Registration and you will NOT be considered Pre-Registered for the event.

Finally, there is a NO REFUND policy for Event Pre-Registration.  Under no circumstances can we refund any money for Event Pre-Registration.  If you do pre-register and cannot attend an event, the EXP that you would have earned is still applied to your character as normal.  However, "VC Goody Bags" are not cumulative, and you will not earn your "VC Goody Bag" for that month.
